CIP / SIP

In a packaging machine equipped with a pump, the piping and switching valves are arranged so that the pump and the inside of the piping can be cleaned without dismantling the piping after the end of operation.
In this configuration, the method of cleaning using water or cleaning fluid is called CIP (cleaning in place), and the method of sterilizing using steam is called SIP (sterilization in place).
It prevents failures due to misassembly after disassembly and cleaning, prevents foreign matter from entering during assembly, and shortens cleaning work time.
